How H360 is different from the Multivital 2.0?
I am measuring my SpO2, and the readings are continuously fluctuating. How can the reading be stable?
Please make sure, you are not pressing the PPG sensor too much. Just Insert your Right index finger gently in Sensor Cavity and measure till the readings get stable.
I am measuring my Blood Pressure from a Multivital 2.0 device, but the readings are not matching my cuff-based Blood Pressure monitor?
Please note, Blood Pressure from PPG or non-Invasive BP is just an estimation of Blood pressure and not the absolute blood pressure readings. However, as we monitor regularly, and calibrate our readings with regular BP monitors, Page 24 User Manual the reading becomes more and more stable and accurate.
How can I take a Single lead ECG?
Please note, there are three sensors on the device. Place your right thumb on the right sensor and left thumb on the left sensor and take the single-lead ECG. Keep your hands in the same position till the ECG starts recording. Please take the subsequent ECGs as guided in the user manual guide.
How can I print my ECG report?
Please note, that the report can be generated in the mobile app in the form of PDF and it can be printed in any A4 size format.
What precautions should I take before taking ECG?
Make sure to follow the following instructions while taking the ECG: Maintain 3-4 feet distance from any electrical interference like sockets, charging points etc. Make sure to remove all the metallic accessories on your body like gold chains, rings, wristwatches, piercings, jewellery etc. Make sure you are in a sitting position and your legs should not be crossed and stable your body while taking the ECG. The lead points as shown in the user manual over your body should be properly moisturized with water/sanitizer. Page 25 User Manual Do not press the sensors too tightly, keep it gentle.
How/where can I see my readings?
You can see your readings on the inbuilt display screen on the device as well as on the SanketLife app once you connect the device with the app via Bluetooth.

After taking the ECG I am not able to generate my report. Please tell me the procedure.
After taking the ECG, select the “generate report option”. A form will be shown on your app where you can fill in your details and then press submit. After that, you can see your full ECG report which you can share as a PDF with your doctor or go for our cardiologist report review. Page 26 User Manual
I am non-medical background person and I don’t know how to interpret my ECG?
The first level of interpretation comes through AI algorithm, then for the second level go to our mobile app for expert cardiologist review which can further interpret your report in 5 to 6 minutes
